Happenings for 2009!
New Year - NEW NAME - Same Great Band
With a new year on the horizon, the band has taken a moment to reflect on our achievements this last year. We've played some great new places and met a lot of new friends. Our goal for 2009 is to continue on with the same formula with the exception of a New Name and branding. Don't worry, we're still the same inside!
Currently we are working with our promotions and marketing to get a fresh and simple design to propel us into the new year. Keep checking back on us as we complete our transition.
As always, please continue to send in your song ideas for our show. We LOVE to hear from you. Currently, we have several requests that we are working on now that should be ready for our show on January 9, 2009 at Bentley's in Belmont.

Don’t Let the Name Fool You
Combine classic rock with Southern rock and throw in a splash of bluegrass and country and you’ve got the recipe for one helluva band. But who can cook up such a dish?
That’s an easy one to answer. Hillbilly Deluxe plays music that goes down easy, and they serve it up with unique style and pass-me-some-more energy.
The members of HD consist of a rock-n-roll drummer, a bluegrass bass player, a classic/ southern rock lead guitarist and a country-rock lead vocalist. Your average, pre-packaged band can’t deliver Johnny Cash to Bon Jovi to Kid Rock to Kenny Chesney but Hillbilly Deluxe can. When the music is carefully put together the old fashioned way, the difference is palatable.
Hillbilly Deluxe is a band that can satiate your entertainment needs, whether it be a full-production festival, corporate party or acoustic show; they can measure up to fit your event and still keep the oh-so-tasty sound and great fun that will have you coming back for seconds.
